Orbiq(TM) Terms

1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Orbiq regarding your access to and use of the Services[cite: 11]. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services[cite: 12].

2) Eligibility and Authority

• You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement[cite: 14].

4) Account Registration and Security

5) License and Permitted Use

Orbiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for internal personal or household financial management purposes[cite: 28]. 6) Prohibited Conduct

• Orbiq is engineered for PIPEDA alignment; we strip PII locally before AI processing and support your "Right to Erasure" via our Total Wipe feature.

• You remain responsible for source file accuracy and local endpoint security[cite: 46].

9) AI and Informational Outputs

AI categorization and insights are informational tools and may contain inaccuracies[cite: 48]. Our AI engine leverages Groq with Zero Data Retention (ZDR), ensuring that your data is processed in RAM and never stored for training.

• The Services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advisory services[cite: 49].
• You are solely responsible for decisions taken in reliance on Service outputs[cite: 50].

10) Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Certain functionality depends on third-party services. Orbiq is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions originating from third-party providers[cite: 52].

11) Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

• Orbiq may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time where permitted by law[cite: 54].
• Orbiq may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or security risks[cite: 55].

12) Intellectual Property

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

Orbiq and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits arising from the Services[cite: 63]. 15) Indemnification

16) Governing Law and Dispute Venue
